These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the HOMEOCO service (the “Service”).
For subscriptions, billing, pricing, cancellation and consumer mediation, please refer to the Terms of Sale.
1. Publisher identification

2. Definitions
– Service: the HOMEOCO platform (website/app) and its features, including the “Hugo” conversational assistant.
– Hugo / Assistant: an automated interface providing outputs for educational and informational purposes.
– User: any person using the Service (visitor, account holder, subscriber).
– Account: a personal space enabling access to certain Service features.
– Content: information, texts, databases, interface elements, displayed outputs, and any material accessible through the Service.
3. Purpose – Educational positioning (important)
HOMEOCO is an educational and documentary digital tool designed to support learning and exploration of homeopathic literature (repertories, materia medica, classical approaches) for training and educational purposes.
The Service:
– provides no medical diagnosis,
– does not prescribe or recommend treatments,
– does not replace consultation with a healthcare professional.
In case of health concerns, persistent symptoms, or emergencies, the User must consult a healthcare professional or contact emergency services.
4. Acceptance – Access to the Service
Accessing and using the Service implies acceptance of these Terms. By creating an Account and/or using the Service, the User acknowledges having read and accepted them.
5. Access conditions – Account – Security
Some features require creating an Account.
The User undertakes to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Credentials are personal. The User is responsible for keeping them confidential and for any activity carried out through the Account, unless proven otherwise.
6. Permitted use – Code of conduct
The User undertakes to use the Service:
– for educational and informational purposes;
– in a lawful and fair manner;
– without infringing third-party rights or disrupting the Service.
7. Prohibited uses
In particular, it is prohibited to:
– use the Service to obtain a diagnosis, prescription, therapeutic recommendation, or medical decision-making;
– post or transmit unlawful, hateful, defamatory, violent content, or content infringing privacy;
– attempt unauthorized access (intrusion, security circumvention);
– perform large-scale data extraction/scraping, or reproduce/redistribute the Service or its Content without authorization;
– disrupt the Service (attacks, overload, malware, etc.).
HOMEOCO may suspend or limit access in case of abusive or non-compliant use.
8. Information quality – AI limitations
The Service is provided under a best-efforts obligation. Despite our efforts, errors or inaccurate outputs may occur, including via the assistant.
The User remains solely responsible for how they interpret and use the information. The Service must not be used to handle a medical emergency or make health decisions.
9. Availability – Maintenance – Changes
HOMEOCO strives to keep the Service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Maintenance or updates may cause temporary unavailability.
HOMEOCO may evolve the Service, fix bugs, or change certain features.
10. Intellectual property
All elements of the Service (trademarks, logos, interface, architecture, databases, texts, editorial content, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, display, extraction, or use is prohibited. The User only receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for as long as the Service is used.
11. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

12. Third-party links and services
The Service may contain links to third-party sites or services. HOMEOCO does not control such content and is not responsible for their availability or practices.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HOMEOCO is not liable for:
– the User’s use of the information accessed through the Service;
– decisions made based on the Service;
– indirect damages (loss of opportunity, loss of data, commercial loss);
– use that violates these Terms.
14. Suspension – Account termination
The User may request Account closure by emailing contact@homeoco.fr.
HOMEOCO may suspend or terminate an Account in case of fraud, harm to the Service, or material breach of these Terms.
15. Changes to these Terms
HOMEOCO may update these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the website at the time of use. In case of material changes, HOMEOCO may notify Users by any appropriate means.
16. Governing law – Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
The parties will seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings. Failing that, competent courts shall have jurisdiction.
