Terms of sale

1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the subscription and payment conditions for HOMEOCO’s paid plans (the “Service”), provided online.
2. Seller identification
The Service is sold by: HOMEOCO SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €1,000, registered office: 358 route d’Uriage, 38320 Herbeys (France), registered with the French Trade and Companies Register under number 938 438 645.

3. Plans and pricing
3.1 Homeoco Expert plan
€10 / month (excl. VAT) + applicable VAT
€100 / year (excl. VAT) + applicable VAT
3.2 Homeoco Discovery premium plan
€12 / year (incl. taxes)
Prices applicable are those displayed at the time of subscription. Prices may change for future periods, without retroactive effect on any already-paid subscription period.
4. VAT – France / European Union
Expert plan: prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout in accordance with applicable regulations (in particular depending on billing country and customer status).
Discovery plan: price is shown including taxes.
5. Subscription – Payment
Subscriptions are purchased online. Payment is due immediately at checkout. Payments are processed through a secure payment provider [Stripe].
If payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.
6. Service access
Access to the Service is provided immediately after payment confirmation (except in case of technical issues or anti-fraud checks).
7. Term – Auto-renewal
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically:
- Monthly: renewed on each monthly anniversary date;
- Annual: renewed on each yearly anniversary date.
8. Cancellation
The customer may cancel at any time from their account area or by contacting contact@homeoco.fr.
- Monthly subscription: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period.
- Annual subscription: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid annual period.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, no pro-rata refunds are due for a subscription period that has already started.
9. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Where the customer is a consumer, a statutory 14-day withdrawal period may apply.
Immediate access: the customer expressly requests immediate performance of the Service and acknowledges that, where permitted by law, they may lose the right of withdrawal once access to the Service has been provided.
10. Suspension – Termination for non-payment / fraud
HOMEOCO may suspend access in case of non-payment, fraud or attempted fraud, or material breach of the applicable terms. If the situation is not remedied, the subscription may be terminated.

Any complaint must be made in writing and clearly describe the issue encountered.

13. Governing law – Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
The parties will seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings. Failing that, the competent courts shall have jurisdiction.
