The company HOMEOCO SAS offers a conversational robot dedicated to homeopathy, intended for private individuals.

HOMEOCO helps Users identify their needs and, during a conversation, provides a pre-selection of remedies based on the Users’ responses. It also lists partner professionals.

When using HOMEOCO, personal data, including sensitive health-related data, may be collected and processed.

HOMEOCO undertakes to comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and to guarantee the confidentiality, security and transparency of the processing of personal data.
This Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, used and protected, as well as the rights of Users and how to exercise them.

Definitions

  • HOMEOCO: Company publishing the conversational robot, registered under number 938 438 645, with its head office at 358 Route d’Uriage, 38320 HERBEYS.
  • Conversational robot: Automated interface allowing the User to interact, during a conversation, to obtain a pre-selection of homeopathic remedies and recommendations in homeopathy.
  • User Account: Personal account allowing the saving of conversation data, pre-selections and use of the service beyond 5 conversations per month.
  • Professional Partner: Homeopathy professional trained in homeopathy, or pharmacy and registered with HOMEOCO.
  • Data: Personal data, including medical data, collected and processed via HOMEOCO.
  • Processing: Any operation on the Data (collection, storage, transmission, etc.) in accordance with Article 4 of the GDPR.
  • User: Natural person using HOMEOCO in a personal capacity (you)

For processing, the controller is HOMEOCO SAS, represented by its president, Léo Suerinck.

HOMEOCO hosts its data on servers in France (OVH).
Security measures, such as data encryption and daily backups, are implemented to protect Users’ information against unauthorised access or loss.

Data transmission

The Data may be transmitted:

  1. To Partner Professionals, only with the explicit consent of the User.
  2. To technical subcontractors to provide hosting and maintenance. These service providers are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

Use of cookies

HOMEOCO only uses audience measurement cookies. The first time the site is used, a consent banner allows the User to accept or refuse these cookies.

User rights

In accordance with the GDPR, Users have the following rights:

  • Access: Obtain a copy of the Data processed.
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete Data.
  • Deletion: Erase the Data under the conditions provided for by the GDPR.
  • Portability: Receive the Data in a structured and readable format.
  • Objection: Object to the processing of the Data, particularly for commercial purposes.
