This number is not arbitrary. It corresponds to what remains readable and comparable for a practitioner: beyond that, the list becomes a database to sort; with a single result, the tool ceases to be a thinking aid and becomes an answer.
However, similarity is judged on the whole case: a particular modality, the behavior observed during the consultation, the patient’s history, or certain elements that are not necessarily transcribed in the observation.
A system that analyzes only the text you submit does not have access to all these elements.
A tool that displays a single remedy gives the illusion of having decided for you. It has only processed the information you transmitted to it.
The six sheets are therefore presented without a hierarchy of clinical certainty.
